	PIG ROAST The pork is obtained from a pig of about four months. Boneless is prepared and flavored with various spices and roasted in the oven carefully measured.
FILET OF BEEF Derived from cattle younger than twenty four months, will be prepared and flavored with natural spices and then cooked fresh seasonal expertly baked
